Trained in urban planning, Jon Carlson’s professional experience has ranged from plans for new cities, urban cores and neighborhoods to due diligence analysis, entitlements, and strategic project coordination.

For more than 15 years Mr. Carlson has contributed to projects ranging from large master planned communities, including DC Ranch and Verrado, to detailed site planning of in-fill neighborhoods and community amenities.  Jon builds relationships with builders, homeowners and community associations to assists and administer design guidelines and the design review process.

Mr. Carlson is committed to enhancing the built environment, while maintaining focus on schedules, budgets, and target markets.  He takes a creative approach to evaluate opportunities and constraint for each project to develop concepts that guide the decision making process.  Mr. Carlson, an original member of the company, is Vice President of Espiritu Loci Incorporated responsible for managing business operations.  Mr. Carlson earned a Bachelor of Science in Planning with a minor is Business from Arizona State University.
