Jason Hadley has a broad understanding and background in land planning, community and urban design, as well as the development process. He is skilled in leading multi-disciplinary design and development teams. Mr. Hadley oversees operations of HDG’s Land Planning, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Groups including managing project design teams, staffing and project status on a corporate level.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Hadley has worked throughout the United States and Mexico. His experience ranges from visioning, master planning and conceptual design, through the entitlement (zoning) process, and into detailed design and site planning, and finally into the actual development and construction administration phases of projects. He has been extensively involved in the development of many master plan communities, golf course and resort facilities, and retail-mixed use centers, as well as industrial and renewable energy projects. Mr. Hadley has entitled and/or planned over 150,000 acres representing more than 300,000 residential units and 13,000 acres of commercial and industrial uses during his career. The total development potential conservatively equates to more than 140 million square feet of employment uses.
