Q: Will these units be apart of Silverleaf?
Q: How big are the condominiums?
A: The individual condos range in size from approximately 1200 sf to 3200 sf and include one, two and three bedroom units.
Q: How Much will the condominiums cost?
A: We do not know, but it is anticipated that they will average $1,000,000 per unit.
Q: When will the first units be available?
A: Construction will begin in 6 months to a year and last a year and eighteen months. The units will most likely be available in 2015
Q: What is the approval process?
A: While previously approved by the City of Scottsdale, this portion of the approval has expired. We have submitted the site plan, landscape and architectural elevations for design review to the City of Scottsdale and to the DC Ranch Covenant Commission. The City staff also asked us to clean up a property boundary between the Condos and Canyon Village with a minor plat amendment. After these approvals are granted, we will create construction documents which will also have to be reviewed by the City of Scottsdale and the DC Ranch Covenant Commission. These detailed plans will likely be approved in phases.
