Keven Mitchell received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2001 from Arizona State University. He returned to campus and earned his Masters of Urban and Environmental Planning in 2006, specializing in community and urban design. He focuses his abilities in Design Review Administration where his attention to detail and effective communication skills help strengthen relationships between builder and developer.
