Members of the Espiritu Loci team are experienced in working with professional golf course designers to create courses with unique playing conditions that maximize premiums for adjacent custom and production lotting. When routing a course through a project, we work closely with the course designer in the field, situating the clubhouse, rest rooms and maintenance facilities, while blending the course into the natural landscape. We also find ways to use land, such as washes, that may not have been suitable or accessible for other types of development. This approach allows for distinctive and challenging courses, while preserving developable land for other uses. |
