Builder and parcel sales packages are useful tools to bring new teams of builders and developers up to speed with your community vision and the role they will play. Design review is an excellent way to assist others in doing their part to complete the vision for a community. For this you must assemble a talented group of individuals (the board), to guard this vision and create design guidelines. A team is also needed to handle the administrative work, act as a liaison between the board and the homeowners and provide thorough, preliminary reviews of formal submissions. Espiritu Loci performs these tasks as an objective third party, constantly working to streamline the process. Our team works to get rules in line with the community vision. We propose amendments to the guidelines to make them more effective and clear, therefore saving costs and improving relationships with builders by formalizing the opinion of the design review board. |
