We were asked to assist with a difficult isolated parcel that is small in size and surrounded by golf. The parcel was slated for attached product highly visible from the entry drive and needed to be a neo-traditional neighborhood that blended the surrounding neighborhoods and golf together.
We achieved the goal of creating a neighborhood that not only worked well with the surrounding elements but also increased the unit count, the total golf premium and frontage. The plan also maintained the core elements, which made it feel like it belonged amidst other neo-traditional neighborhoods.
