Our team worked with the client, legal, and design teams to create a document that provided project-wide framework for future city reviews. The document covers all of the major physical elements that will broadly shape the look and feel of the project including: the development concept, open space, streetscape, vehicular circulation, walls, outdoor lighting, placemaking and architecture, signage, and governance.
