We were asked to assist with the development of the character of these contrasting communities in Peoria, Arizona. The first was a vibrant, urban family community anchored by a large park full of recreational oppurtunities and an elementary school. The second was a quiet desert community that celebrated the beauty of its natural sonoran foothills setting. The two communities are designed to offer a wide variety of home and neighborhood types to appeal to a diverse group of families. We worked with design and legal teams to formulate a masterplan for the communities that the city and neighbors would be proud of. We alos woekred with the marketing team and the Decision Theater to create ways to share the plan and the vision for the communities.
