We worked with Monterey Homes and their talented design team, including Gilbertson, Vollmer, and H&S International, to shape their parcel's site plan to provide a unique landscape setting surrounded by a variety of tight-knit homes. We worked with the builder to prepare materials for focus groups which ultimately led to a second round of revised site plans. Also, our team has had opportunities to work with the builder and the City of Scottsdale to get the necessary approvals to construct the neighborhood. |
