This parcel of family-owned land at the base of the white tank mountains has been used for some time as an equestrian facility. However, new communities have sprung up around the site since that time. The owners wanted to know how they might develop the site while maintaining its original, beloved desert character. Our team created plans which would protect an equestrian facility on the site as a community ammenity, while preserving the desert washes and the dense vegitation along their banks.
