Our work for Camelot Homes on this parcel was a two step process: creating the site plan and then getting city approval. The first step involved creating the actual site plan and getting the client and team to agree with the design. Working with the architect, engineer and landscape architect we focused on creating a site plan that was a composition of small intimate spaces created for each of the attached products. We analyzed how each unit would live and its greater relationship to the overall project. In the course of our work we developed a unique seven-plex product that allowed us to better fit the site and increase the total dwelling units, ultimately increasing the profit for our client. |
