When members of our team crafted neighborhoods in Silverleaf, thought was put into the layout of each lot so that from day one, the neighborhoods felt lived in, with generations worth of details having been worked through. Emphasis was placed on front of house living with front porches placed and arranged to encourage growth of the community. To add to the strength of the community, driveways were restricted from being on the front of the inclusion and tree lined shaded walks.
