The Espiritu Loci team worked with the development and design firm of H&S International to create this residential component of the Canyon Village mixed use center, located between DC Ranch and Silverleaf. We created the site plan and have worked to refine it to ensure a beautiful integration of all of the adjacent uses. In addition to creating the site plan, we worked with the legal team to get city approvals for the project. The site will be home to sixteen bungalow-style intimate homes around a central park, thirteen homes along a major desert wash and greenspace recreation corridor with stunning views of the McDowell mountains, and seven multi-story condo buildings between the activity of the village center and the stunning views of the McDowells.
