The Environmental Design Master Plan for DC Ranch was originally created by the Bowden Design Group in 1999. In 2004 Espiritu Loci was hired to amend the document and bring it more in line with the client' s current development plans.
Topics in the amendment include: scenic corridors, landscape themes and character areas, drainage and channelization methods, conservation areas, project wide lighting and some thematic character element. |
