This parcel of DC Ranch was initially used as a sales and information center for the first phase of development. Located near Market Street, the land plan consisting of thirty townhomes was developed for Camelot Homes to add to the charm and character of the community. Homes frame a park central to the neighborhood. Homes not surrounding the park have been aligned to take advantage of views to mountain peaks. Paths connect the neighborhood to the park and to the DC Ranch community path and trail system.
