Our client's goal with this project was to create an urban development that included amenities and high-class features within the neighborhood. This plan, while highly residential in mix, divides the project into two nodes due to its shape. The first node combines a high-end resort, art institute with conservatory and lush gardens to anchor the high-density residential. The second node is anchored by an entertainment district catering to the surrounding resorts, timeshare units and TPC visitors.
Overall, we created a neighborhood that was able to focus its energy into spaces that could support it, while providing a range of high end urban living.
