When a Request for Proposals was issued for a parking lot in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona, we assembled a team to create an urban in-fill project. Espiritu Loci took the lead and brought the project team and details together. Our role was to coordinate all members of the team, develop the conceptual siteplan and proforma, and to create the proposal package.
We were able to successfully create a proposal for an urban in-fill project that would provide a mix of residences and office spaces in a live-work environment. As part of the project our proposal included the relocation of city offices and an increase in public parking for the surrounding businesses and cultural attractions (through a sub-level parking structure), enhanced street scene for the terminus of Buckboard Dr and new active use spaces along the Scottsdale Mall.
